We estimate this firm’s fee as set out in the schedule below. The fee includes; meeting with you, advising generally including broadly on Inheritance Tax, the Nil Rate Band allowance and Residential Nil Rate Band allowance, preparing draft Will for your approval and attending you on signature within 15 working days thereafter.

Once you sign your Will you need to consider its safe storage which we will be pleased to discuss the options with you. We can, for instance, retain your Will at our office and provide you with both a scanned and photocopy. Alternatively, you can deposit your original Will at the High Court. Wherever you decide to store your Will, you can register its whereabouts with the Certainty National Will Register which is a private company. www.certainty.co.uk.
